At The Silent Garden, every order is carefully prepared and dispatched from Ireland. We take great care in packaging each piece to ensure it arrives safely and in perfect condition.
Processing Time Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. During busy periods or limited edition launches, processing may take a little longer — we'll keep you informed.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We ship worldwide.
Free shipping is available on all orders over €65.
Estimated delivery times once dispatched:
- Ireland & UK: 3–5 business days
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- Rest of World: 10–20 business days
Please note these are estimates and may vary due to customs or carrier delays outside our control.
Packaging All prints and original artworks are shipped flat in protective packaging, wrapped with care and packaged to gallery standard.
Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.
