At The Silent Garden, each piece is a work of art, thoughtfully created by hand in Ireland. Due to the unique and handmade nature of our work, we ask that you read our policy carefully before purchasing.
Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items. To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused and in its original condition
- You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
Non-Returnable Items Due to the nature of our work, the following are final sale and non-returnable:
- Custom or made-to-order pieces
- One-of-a-kind original artworks
- Fine art prints marked as final sale in the product title, description, or listing
- Any items marked as final sale
Damaged or Incorrect Items We take great care in packaging each piece, but if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the issue. If your claim is approved:
- We will arrange a replacement or refund
- No return shipping will be required
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
